Drop us your requirement to support@identitytshirts.com along with product details e.g T-shirt, hoodies, mugs etc., QTY required, Color of the product, Artwork and the number of colors to be printed or embroidered. 2). 1. Turn around time on your order with us starts when we have: a) Finalized artwork/ Design with print specifications for T-shirt / Product Customization. b) Final size breakup of the product to be customized will be shared by customer c) 60% advance amount for order confirmation before production . 2. Our current turn around time is 15 days for shipping across India, after placing the order with us. For international shipment, we schedule it accordingly.

1). We ship our products via - Surface, Air and Priority modes to your door steps. 2). Self pickup from our office. 3). Within the city delivery through available Apps or Delivery Partners for serviceable areas.

We will be updating you with consignment number/tracking details via SMS/Call or an email at every stage, after shipping your order.
